Earth day, a global movement to raise awareness about the Environment and for the west ranch Z club, that means getting their hands dirty.

The club came together with Treepeople, an environmental Organization, to help plant drought resistant trees. The event saw over 40 volunteers who spotted a chance to make a difference.

Jake Boss/ west ranch high school senior/volunteer: “a lot of things
we do have a big effect on our planet and the earth, so.. I’m happy
to help.”

Katherine Brook King: “just by everybody being here today it helps
Bring awareness to all the different things we’re doing in our
Community to help raise everybody up through volunteering,
Through community involvement and through donations, which
are so so important.”
